    I think I have solved my firewall and monitoring software issue, so perhaps my userid is locked? I have a fully working internet connection and no longer get a warning about monitoring software. Can someone unlock it for me please? Thanks.

    Uninstall all network scanners and ints drivers or will be blocked again. Now unblocked and you should be able to connect.
