dc-unlocker detected a monitoring software

I tried to unlock my 3 skype phone AMOI WP-S1. But the program quit with a message : dc-unlocker detected a monitoring software

Before I started the process I disable antivirus program avast and there were no firewall. But it says "dc-unlocker detected a monitoring software" and could not unlock. After that I tried and says : access denied !

What to do now?

User Lock Code : 0000

Uninstall network scanner and its drivers. Winpcap driver. Or maybe be blocked again. Now unblocked.

Did you uninstall network scanner and its drivers. Winpcap driver. If will not uninstall will be blocked again. Then probably will not be able to help more.
Now unblocked.
