Error connecting to server! (error code 62)

I bought 4 credits to unlock my Huawei E172 and received a user name and password. But when I enter these I get an error code 62.
My internet works fine. Can someone help please?

Have I been blocked? I've tried various computers and removed any sniffer scanners like Spybot.

Thanks, I'm good now. I was blocked because I'd entered an incorrect password too may times.

I did that because I was confused with the "user names". I have a user name for the unlocking proceedure and a user name for the forum. I used the forum user name to unlock the stick (
Perhaps you should call user name for the unlocking procedure something else, so it's a bit clearer?

Here is no block and server is working.You should check, if the firewall or other software is not blocking the connection. Check, if you have internet conenction at unlock time. Try to use other connection type or other computer.
