Please unblock my account...

I have tried to unlock my phone 3 times with your software,each time the software saying I had a monitoring program running (first time I turned off the mobile's connection software, then the anti virus, third time turning both off) on the third attempt I decided to look on the fourm's for a solution I found I had a program running which was reccomended in the fourm to remove which I have now done, but every time I now ask the software to check my username and password it says Error connecting to server !

I can only asume from reading the fourm my acocunt is now blocked ? can you please unblock this for me

You need to uninstall network scanner, or may be blocked again. Now unblocked.
