Uninstall all network scanners and its drivers. Winpcap driver. Now unblocked and should be no error. But is will not uninstall will be blocked again.

Same error since I have Wireshark installed...
Isn't it better if you specify during the installation or registration of a new user, that you have not to have network monitors installed?
I know you are protecting yourselves, but there are people with these program installed for work purpose. Just a simple warning message is fine.
