You have usb and network scanner installed on your computer. Uninstall network scanner and its drivers. Winpcap driver. Now unblocked and should be able to connect. But if will not uninstall will be blocked again.

Now here is no more block. Winpcap driver need to uninstall.
If you still can not connect, you should check, if the firewall or other software is not blocking the connection. Check, if you have internet conenction at unlock time. Try to use other connection type or other computer.

You may have to look in Windows Device Manager & click Show Hidden Devices to find it, then either Unistall it or at least Disable it when you run dc-unlocker client, as far as I know I don't have it on my computer, as I have no problems running dc-unlocker.
