STEP by STEP

-Install modem dongle software into PC
-Download and install Dc-Unlocker client software into PC
-Check your modem dongle if it's locked or not
-Check how many credit you need to unlock your model
-Buy credit via same dc-unlocker software, secure, with paypal
-Check your email address of your Paypal email account, you receive user and passw and/or activation link.
-Copy and paste user and password into dc-unlocker software
-Detect your modem dongle
-Unlock it
