Means you do not have dc-unlocker dongle or Vygis or rocker dongle. Then could you write your username that you received after you had purchased credits?

Received your private mesasage with username and password. Password you have is incorrect and server block you. Now unblocked.
Use password you receive after credits purchase. Do not rewrite it. Just use copy paste to software.

Wrong username and password was entered too many times and server blocked you. Now unblocked and should be ok. You should use username and password you received after bought credits.
