    Error connecting to server

    why i´m not able to connect to server? it always says: error code 62??
    please help me! thanks!

    Could you write your username or dongle serial number? Then I would be able to check, why it is so.

      Ive got the same Problem....

      my Username ist same as in this Forum... BigGoetzi ID
      Model : MC8755
      Serial NR. : X20350617601032
      Firmware : U1_2_36MCAP

          Uninstall network scanner and its drivers. Winpcap driver. Now unblocked and should be able to connect. But if will not uninstall will be blocked again.

            We do not have such username in our system. Thats why you can not connect. Username and password you will receive after buy credits.
