Error connecting to Server!

Hi,

I have a hardware firewall and I tried to open all the doors but I still always get the error "Error connecting to server."

How can I fix this?

You should check your computer for viruses and keyloggers. You have MPK.exe running in your system. It is a keylogger. More you can read here: http://www.greatis.com/appdata/d/m/mpk.exe.htm
Need to remove it, or else server will block you again. Now should be able to connect.

You may not see it it task manager. Try to do scan with antivirus software or other software.
Also, uninstall all network scanner software and its drivers (winpcap driver) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect.

Now the server is ok, but if click on button "Unlock" i have the warning message "Please uninstall all monitoring software! Futhuer monitoring software using may damage your dongle, modem (phone) and you will be blocked by server!"

why?
