Aftera run dc unlocker Dongle user and count empty.

I have this problem too. I am using Norton anti-virus softwares. Should I uninstall it?

Could you write your username or dongle serial number? Then I would check why you may receive this error.

I instal software again in other computer. Firewale off, virus software off still not work:

Could you try to disconnect your dongle, start dc-unlocker software, enter any username and press check login for one time? What error do you receive? What username did you use?

I am also getting the same server not found error.

I had pcap installed, but it is now removed and uninstalled.

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.

I was trying to unlock my ZTE modem and was getting mf110 msg monitoring program. I did not know the meaning, and after that I can not do more login. When reading the forum I saw that the problem was the winpcap. I removed it but am still unable to connect.
