Hello,

I am seeing the is messege while trying to unlock the card with DC-Unlocker Client. At first, it ask me to uninstall monitor software, so I had uninstalled wireshard and winpcap. Please help me to check on this problem.

Could you try connecting and unlocking now?
Also, you should check, if the firewall or other software is not blocking the connection. Check, if you have internet conenction at unlock time. Try to use other connection type or other computer.

Could you write username that you receive after credits purchase? What error do you receive?
