DC-Unlocker software not detecting my Vygis Dongle

Hello,
I have activated vygis dongle to DC-Unlocker, but DC osftware is not detecting my vygis card. My Vygis software works well, it detects the card properly. But when it comes to dc software, it won't detect it.
I restarted and reinstalled dongle drivers, used a different USB port and it didn't work.

Connect dongle, start dc-unlocker and press check login. Also be sure Vygis software is closed at time when you run dc-unlocker. Disconnect all other boxes and dongles be fore using dc-unlocker.
