I do not have Winpcap installed and I have tried on two different computers. I have tried connecting using my broadband at home and via tethering with a friends android phone. Just can not seem to connect to your server.

Server has blocked you because wrong username and password was entered too many times. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect with username and password you have received after credits purchase.

Your payment is refunded because you used unverified paypal account. Our system accept only payments from verified accounts. Verify the account at paypal and then there will be no refund.

Many thanks for your assistance. I had to go away and cool off for a bit... rage and anger cloud the mind. I hate Telstra and if there's any telstra reps trawling this forum... hahaha, i didn't pay your exorbitant fee to unlock a phone which i paid for outright.
