Error: Card not found!

Please do help me. What is the best way so that I can detect my device.
I already try inserting the modem to different usb port but still I cannot detect it.
I tried so many times. This is my primary problem when i do unlocking.
I have a dc software device which i purcahased a month before

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.
