how i check credits and how i unlock idea modem

i have recently activated dc unlocker in et box, first i want to ask supportrs how i check credits, means my dc unlocker service is fully activated or not, and second one when i try to unlock idea mode e1550 it not show on scan, also when i used simple e1550 it scan modem but unlocking option is not highlighted, plz clear here how i unlocked my modem e1550 locked with idea network. also i have one modem Zte k3570-z locked with vodaphone , how can i unlocked this modem with dc unlocker ?

Connect dongle, start dc-unlocker and press check login. If you will see 50 credits, means your device has full activation.

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

It maybe that there is original sim inserted and lock status show as un,locked, thats why unlock is not highlighted.
