Error 62

  • Error 62

    After upgrade to new version of client sw I got a message about scanner software. I use computer with minimal configuration and I never used any scanners, but checked all processes twice. Error remains.
    I reinstall sw to other computer, but now got error 62 instead of unlock.

    Please check my account: dongle 000xxxx
    ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

    PS. I don't even know what I have to uninstall. I can send a scan of all processes in my computer.

    Uninstall network scanner and its drivers. Winpcap driver. Now unblocked and should be able to connect. But if will not uninstall will be blocked again.

      Thank you, but it will be better if you would post a FAQ regarding this error.
      Because it sounds for me like abracadabra. I never used, never installed, never need network scanners and even never heard word 'winpcap'. I checked twice the list of installed software and there were no network scanners or something looking similar. The online support told me the name of driver file and I simply delete it from system32 folder. Otherwise I wouldn't even know what to do, what I have to uninstall... I don't know the origin of this file. Network scanning for me is like for example... brain surgery for you. I am sure for most of users facing this problem also. We are not hackers, so we need clear recommendation what to do in case of this error.
