You were blocked for using usb sharring spoftware. Dongle sharring or using usb sharring software is not allowed. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect.
But if you will continue using it, you will be blocked again.

Do not use jtag when using dc-unlocker. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect.
But if you will continue using it, you will be blocked again.
