Vygis software runs OK - DC unlocker cannot see smart card and box

As the title says. I can use vygis soft without any problems, but im am unable to start dc unlocker software normally. Always "blank" mode, no username, no dongle s/n, nothing. Any ideas???

Connect dongle, start dc-unlocker and press check login. Be sure all drivers are installed. Check, if Vygis software is closed and no other software is using dongle. Also disconnect all other boxes or dongles.

Ofcourse i tried all you mentioned before. Its not the problem. As i found out Its a conflict after i install cyclone box. please check why dc unlocker on vygis dongle will not start.

Then try to use fresh computer. Where no other boxes drivers are installed. try to remove other boxes or dongles drivers that may be conflicting.

Hello!

I know DC unlocker will run OK on a fresh PC. But i dont have the opportunity to install all my boxes on separate PCs. That's why i ask supporters to look into the matter of DC unlocker conflicting.
