Could you detect it by dc-unlocker and copy here what is detected?

The software does not detect the modem, neither if i select it from the list with the corresponding COM ports : (

Also i want to know if i can change the firmare of the E173 to the E170 so i can use this with my D-Link DIR-451, because the E173 isn't in the supported list. Can I do this with your software?

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

i've tested it in another pc with no results

In the external case, it says that the model is E173, but when you release the cover, in the inside part you can read E173s-6. Is this an unsupported model?
