Uninstall network scanner and its drivers. Winpcap driver. Now unblocked and should be able to connect. But if will not uninstall will be blocked again.
I uninstalled all programs and nothing. I installed in another PC DC unlocker. In another PC still works fine
I do not know what to say from where comes the problem and what else should I do to go on my home PC

Uninstall software that uses npf. sys driver.
WinPcap is used as the network interface by many tools -- both free and commercial including protocol analyzers, network monitors, network intrusion detection systems, sniffers, traffic generators, network testers, etc. Some of these tools, like Wireshark, Nmap, Snort, WinDump, ntop are very well known in the networking community.
The driver can be started or stopped from Services in the Control Panel or by other programs. The program has no visible window. The service has no detailed description. The file is not a Windows core file. There is no file information. Program is not active.
I tried to connect the home computer and everything goes ok.
I have no problems now and see what happens when I try to free a phone
Thanks for the reply
