    Error Code 62, pls help

    please help, there was a error message on my win7 pc when trying to unlock huwei modem. (pls deactivate monitoring software). There was WinPCAP installed on that PC. I think my account is locked now. Please unlock.

        Uninstall network scanner and its drivers. Winpcap driver. Now unblocked and should be able to connect. But if will not uninstall will be blocked again.

          Could you write your username or dongle serial number? Then I would cehck, why you may receive this error.
