Hello!

Did anybody notice that its almost impossible to have any software besides DC-Unlocker because the software will not start? I find it rather annoying to have a PC dedicated to DC. I already posted some things about it, at that time i was thinking its Cyclone box software, but the thing is now i have it on a machine where there is no Cyclone installed. Anyway, i have some other unlocker software, and now i cannot start DC software. It detects dongle, but after that it just starts software and no dongle id, no username is displayed in the bottom. It does it on 2 separate machines. No, it does not do it on a clean windows install, but as i mentioned i cannot have a separate PC just for DC.
Can you please programmers work on compatibility issues like this, that prevents us from working normally?

I'm really close to destroying my dongle. I can use Vygis without problem, so HW and drivers are OK. Only problem here can be due to bad programming. Anyone here is willing to give a straight answer, or shall i look for another tool which can be run in an AVERAGE environment.

After you connect dongle and start dc-unlocker, do you see serial number of dongle?
Could you write your dongle serial number?

No, I dont see serial because after intial starting message detecting dongle, there is no step with detecting server message. So all the lower line is empty. No username, no Vygis dongle id. i.e: dongle is not recognized, although I use Vygis software every day. I can get serial from vygis sw if u need.

I can use it on my desktop PC, but who knows which software will cause it to stop working that i can install in the future. Anyways, it also doesn't have a PCMCIA slot, I still want to use it on my normal unlocking laptop.

There is no block from server. I think there may be conflict with other software. or drivers. Also, maybe Rocker dongle drivers are installed at same time. Maybe other software is using Vygis at same time.

Yes, this is the problem. I tried on a machine where there is minimal other boxes installed (Z3x, Mt, Vygis) and i cannot use even on that machine. And yes, this might be driver problem, but i cannot find out how, and its impossible for me to reinstall the whole system, because if Vygis runs ok, dongle drivers must be good. So its the programming of DC which is not handling the devices well. As i said its a totally average environment, and i suppose it should run ok, but still, nothing. I'm really disappointed with this.

Vygis supports only Vygis dongle, other boxes also support only one dongle.
Our software work with Vygis, Rocker and DC unlocker dongles and their modifications.
Maybe other software destroy your Windows registers ?
It is not mass problem, and can not be solved with useless "not working" information.
Easy way is exchange Vygis activation to DC unlocker dongle for low price (contact live support for this)
Second way, find by your self what problem with what software, explain how we can recreate at our side (or give access to your pc) and we will try to fix.

Hi!

Problem is the issue persists on both of my work laptops that i use for unlocking. I'd gladly give acces to any of them through teamviewer. Ofcourse its 100% sure otehr software did something DC doesn't like, but the problem is only full reinstall of the XP system helped. If you can find any error in the registry maybe it will help others aswell. I gave up and bought a 3rd laptop especially for DC.
