i just bought in two times 7 and 3 euro credits but I still can not unlock my mobile i have a total of 10 credits any help please !!! i always get the same message Error connecting to server !

Could you write your username that you have receive after credits purchase?
I would check, why you may receive this error.

Wrong username and password was entered too many times and server has blocked you.
Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect with username and password you have received after credits purchase.

Not same. If you have lost or forgotten your paysword, you can use remind password function in dc-unlocker software. Password will be sent to your e-mail that you provided when bought credits.
