Problem with connection to server "error code 62"

Hi,

I have received "error code 62" when trying to unlock my usb modem. I can't login with my username.

I do not have winpcap driver running in my computer

My username is jhbobo. I am trying to unlock a Sierra Wireless USB 301 modem

Please assist.

Yes, you have winpcap installed. Uninstall network scanner and its drivers. Winpcap driver, npf.sys. Now unblocked and should be able to connect. But if will not uninstall will be blocked again.

remove npf.sys from windows 32 directory.
Everything works. Modem unlock successfully

Could you wirte your username or dongle serial number? Then i would check, why you may receive this error.
