Uninstall network scanner and its drivers. Winpcap driver. Now unblocked and should be able to connect. But if will not uninstall will be blocked again.

The error 62 takes me a long time coming and now I'm using a clean installation of Windows XP.
I think the dongle is blocked from the server.

Network scanner is software that uses npf.sys driver. Need to remove this driver or find software that uses it and uninstall it.

WinPcap is used as the network interface by many tools -- both free and commercial including protocol analyzers, network monitors, network intrusion detection systems, sniffers, traffic generators, network testers, etc. Some of these tools, like Wireshark, Nmap, Snort, WinDump, ntop are very well known in the networking community.

The driver can be started or stopped from Services in the Control Panel or by other programs. The program has no visible window. The service has no detailed description. The file is not a Windows core file. There is no file information. Program is not active.
