I just bought a Huawei u7520 credit for, I try to connect but I get a message

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.

Same as last time.

I have no scanner or scanner programs, I uninstalled almost every program and I keep going out error in the connection.
I have to remove the antivirus or any other like matlab or autocad?? please help

Again same problem. It is last time when I unblock you. Next time no unblock will be possible. So please check it.
Yes, you have it in your computer. It uses npf.sys driver. Need to remove it.
Here is some more infromation about it:
WinPcap is used as the network interface by many tools -- both free and commercial including protocol analyzers, network monitors, network intrusion detection systems, sniffers, traffic generators, network testers, etc. Some of these tools, like Wireshark, Nmap, Snort, WinDump, ntop are very well known in the networking community.

The driver can be started or stopped from Services in the Control Panel or by other programs. The program has no visible window. The service has no detailed description. The file is not a Windows core file. There is no file information. Program is not active.

Before trying again, I uninstalled (npf.sys). win7 have scanner drivers need to uninstall? I dare not use it if you blocking me again

So everything is ok now? If you have removed npf.sys, then it should be ok now.

Could you write your username or dongle serial number? Then I would check, why you may receive this error.

it is ok now i can login now using the username: free and password: voice on the forum i saw http://www.dc-unlocker.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1517 but i'm having problem why? i can't use the activate voice on huawei its say Insufisient balance hmm... but they say it is free activating voice using that username and password even there is no credits left you can activate it and here another link i saw telling it it is free http://www.ruchirablog.com/activatin...i-hspa-modems/ do u have any free program i can download to activate voice on huawei E156C
