Hi - my username is rgrrafael and I purchased 1 credit earlier today. I tried a few times to unlock, but it gave me the error message that I had monitoring software. I just deleted WINPCAP, but now I get an error connecting to the server.

Could you write your username that you have received after credits purchase? Or dongle serial number? Then I would be able to check, why you may receive this error.
