Unable to log on to server

Hi I get the following error logging onto DC unlocker:-

Error connecting to server !

(error code 62)

A reply would be appreciated please DC Unlocker team - I've paid my money to use your service and so far can not log on - strangely though I could log on using old passwords, then when new credits are purchased I can't !!

It appears it is my IP address - I logged on using a friends PC and had no problems - phone unlocked !!..

It appears that as soon as I purchased my Credits my IP address was banned !!

Well done DC Unlocker - I DID intend to purchase one of your dongles but if this is the way you conduct your business I will not bother

Wrong username and password was entered too many times and server has blocked you. That was the problem.
