Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.

Everything is correct. Sms payment cost 2-5 times more. Big part of money7 goes to your provider. From all your money spemt we have receive only 10 euros.
