Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or you will be blocked again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.

I uninstall winpcap, openvpn, inSSIDer, look@LAN, winprint hylafax, wireshark, etc.
cant login....

Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or you will be blocked again. Now you are unblocked.

If the problem still exists:
1. Check firewall settings (Firewall may block your connection to server).
2. Make sure other software is not blocking your connection.
3. Try to use other connection method.
4. During the unlocking process, working network connection is NECESSARY.
5. DO NOT use the same modem for the internet that you are unlocking.

This morning i wake up, read your answer, and do nothing more. Just try it again. And the software connect to server, unlock the option icon 225 and work fine.
