error connecting to server

Hi,
I have successfully unlocked my datacard (ZTE MF180) and it was working fine with original SIM initially. After I tried with new SIM, initially shown 3G network and suddenly automatically switch to 2G network. That time onwards I can access only 2G network ( 3G network is available at our area). On the modem setting I selected "3G networks prefered". Even if I search network manualy it shows only 2G networks. But my phone access 3G network on our area.

We have no block on this IP address.

Try these instructions:
1. Check firewall settings (Firewall may block your connection to server).
2. Make sure other software is not blocking your connection.
3. Try to use other connection method.
4. During the unlocking process, working network connection is NECESSARY.
5. DO NOT use the same modem for the internet that you are unlocking.

And also, you can write your username that we could check it more.
