error connecting to server

Hello,

I have purchased the required credits for my unlock and recieved the 'User Name' and 'Password' in the confirmation email.

I cannot seem to login via the DC-Unlocker Client, i have entered the username and P/W from the email

it gives me the message ' Erorr connecting to server'

Please Help!

I have Turned off all Firewalls and set the internet options to the lowest security settings...

still get the same message.

You were blocked because of wrong username or password entered too many times. Now you are unblocked and you should be able to connect with the username that you get after buying credits.
