    zte modem error code 62

    hi im trying to unlock my zte modem and i keep on getting error on code 62...
    error connecting to server... error code 62... anyone can help me? tnx

    Could you write your dongle serial number or username that you have received after credits purchase?

      Huawei E160 unlocking Error connecting server

      I am a dongle user 11731D1D but also having same problem with the same message error connecting to server. What should we do?
