error connecting to server

I, I dont know if this is where I should post this but if it aint please accept my apologies in advance.

That said I'm going to explain my situation .

I've paied 1 credit via sms ( wich cost me 4 times the amount ) and I've created an user acount. After that I've recieved an email saing wich was my password and user name and all that but I cant connect in Dc-unlocker Client .

I allways get this message :

How can this be solved?

by the way i dont know if this is usefull or not but . the user name is pihhh ( with 3 h )

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.
