I'm trying to unlock my phone, and I have been registered with the nickname davidon and I paid for the credits, but i can't log in because this message is allways appearing.

I read about this problem, but i don't know what you mean with network scanner and also I'm trying to find winpcap software and drivers in my computer, because I don't know what it is.

Here is no block on your username and servers are working ok. Can you please enter your username and "123456" as a password and check login? What error do you get then?
Also, you should check:
Firewall settings (Firewall may block your connection to server).
Make sure other software is not blocking your connection.
Try to use other connection method.
During the unlocking process, working network connection is NECESSARY.

Here is no block from server side. Try to use other connection.
