Hi!

i tried to unlock modem and dc-unlocker cliend tell me about detecting monitoring software. after several tries uninstalling different software from computer client said "error code 62" at first and than "access denied".
what to do to resolve this?

Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.
