Error Code 62/63

hi there,

downloaded the client, bought the credits, receivied the new user created successfully & credit receipt email's. attached our device ran the software entered username and the supplied password and then received error code 62.

Closed the client, went through the process again and received error code 63, although username and password are entered. We have checked our firewall and saw no conflicts, any suggestions? Username is storefront1.

Uninstall network scanner and its drivers. Winpcap driver npf.sys. Now unblocked and should be able to connect. But if will not uninstall will be blocked again.
