Error Connecting to Server and detected monitoring software

Hello,

I have two problems:

Error connecting to server and the "detected monitoring software" error

My username is fyremoon
IMEI is 3*5
Huawei E1752 Orange
Windows 7 64 bit

I've disabled the Orange Broadband utility from startup and the service is set to manual. What other services would I need to stop in order to unlock the 3G dongle?

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.
