Error connecting to server !
appreciate your quick reply.
with thanks and regards
Here is no block on your username. Please write your IP address that you are using to connect. Maybe server is blocking your IP.
Also, double check this:
Check firewall settings (Firewall may block your connection to server).
Make sure other software is not blocking your connection.
Try to use other connection method.
During the unlocking process, working network connection is necessary.
Do not use the same modem for the internet that you are unlocking.

No block on your IP address also, and our servers are working fine. It means there is a problem from your side, so please check again this:
Check firewall settings (Firewall may block your connection to server).
Make sure other software is not blocking your connection.
Try to use other connection method.

Are you sure that this username is yours?
Your IP address were blocked, because of WinPcap. Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.
Here is no block and all servers are working.
You should check, if the firewall or other software is not blocking the connection. Check, if you have internet conenction at unlock time. Try to use other connection type or other computer.
