Here is no block on your dongle ID and servers are working fine.
Can you write your IP address also that you are using to connect to server? Maybe server is blocking your IP address.
Also, please check this:
Check firewall settings (Firewall may block your connection to server).
Make sure other software is not blocking your connection.
Try to use other connection method.
