when i am open DcUnlocker Software no Working
install Latest Software DcUnlocker still not working

Can you please provide more information about what you did and what do you mean by saying 'not working'?
If you mean that DC-Unlocker does not recognize your Vygis dongle (after you connect it to PC, launch DC-Unlocker, go to Server tab and click 'Check login'), then please contact us via Live Chat. We will give you some instructions then. Live Chat working hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm GMT.
