You were blocked because of two reasons:
1. WinPcap driver npf.sys
2. JTAG

1. Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys). If system will detect it again, you will be automatically blocked again.
2. Do not use JTAG at same time when using DC-Unlocker or you will be blocked again. If it will be detected again, you will be automatically blocked again.

Now unblocked you and you should be able to connect.

Here is no block on your username and servers are working fine.
Write your IP address, maybe server is blocking your IP.

Also, check this:
Check firewall settings (Firewall may block your connection to server).
Make sure other software is not blocking your connection.
Try to use other connection method.
During the unlocking process, working network connection is necessary.
Do not use the same modem for the internet that you are unlocking.
