Error code 62

I am using wireless LAN to connect to internet. When trying to unlock ZTE mf110 with Dc unlocker I am not able to connect to the server and getting error code 62 and message 'error connecting to server'.

Could you write username that you received after credits purchase and use for connecting to server?

Here is no block and all servers are working.
You should check, if the firewall or other software is not blocking the connection. Check, if you have internet connection at unlock time. Try to use other connection type or other computer
