Hi, I'm trying to unlock a Huawei E367 and getting the error code 62. My username is fati32 and IP 82.45.255.212 . I don't have any network monitoring installed.
Do not use phone system analisis software (PSAS) at same time when use dc-unlocker, or else server will block you again.
Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect.
