Server is not down. Please write me your username or Vygis/Rocker/DC-Unlocker dongle ID and I will check what could be wrong.

Can you write your IP address that you are using to connect?
Maybe server is blocking your IP.

Also, please check this:
Check firewall settings (Firewall may block your connection to server).
Make sure other software is not blocking your connection.
Try to use other connection method.
During the unlocking process, working network connection is necessary.
Do not use the same modem for the internet that you are unlocking.

No need to write your IP address, I double-checked again and found why you get this error.

Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again.
Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.
