I m a new user... just downloaded v1.000738 of the unlocker..

Bought a credit...

Tried unlocking and keep getting

I asked for "Remind Password" and email sent. Then I tried "Check Login" before "unlocking" .. and get same error.....

Why does "Remind Password" work and then "Check Login" and "Unlock" Fail ?

Could you write your username that you have received after credits purchase? Then I would be able to check, why do you receive this error.

Here is no block and all servers are working.
You should check, if the firewall or other software is not blocking the connection. Check, if you have internet connection at unlock time. Try to use other connection type or other computer.
