can't unlock second time/rest counter

Hi mates,

yesterday I've unlocked a branded key and seemed to be ok, but suddenly my keys suffers of continuosly disconnections, so I tried to unlock a second time, but I can't push the button that remains unclickable...

Is it normal??

and anyway, I read that your sw can reset the wrong attempts counter, but my counter is still to 5... can be reset to zero???

Double-check your providers connection settings.

It is normal that button is unclickable because DC-Unlocker sees the SIM lock status "unlocked" and does not let to click the button.

DC-Unlocker can only reset wrong attempts counter only if there are 0 attempts left.
