I have bought 10 credit to unlock my Orange Tactile Messaging;
After having some error cause by winpcap(I found it later and desinstal it) I no have this error :

Yes, you are right, your account was blocked because of WinPcap.
If network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) are detected, you are automatically blocked.

Now unblocked you and you should be able to connect (if you are sure that WinPcap is now uninstalled).
