Error Connecting to server

Hi, I try to check my login details and I get this error message below. Previously it warned my I may be blocked because I had some monitoring software (I uninstalled WinpCap and monitoringsoftware) but it still doesn't connect. My username dn_burke

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.
